It was my first time meeting Dr. Fazeli, and I honestly couldn’t have had a better experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt heard and respected. He is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly explain every single concern I had without rushing me at all.

What stood out the most is his approach he focuses on natural, thoughtful care rather than immediately turning to medications. That meant a lot to me. He made sure I fully understood everything and felt comfortable with my options.

I've had nothing but a great experience here with Dr. Fazeli, the nurse team, and staff! Dr. Fazeli has listened to concerns, explained everything in depth, and offered same day treatment for an issue that has already tremendously provided so much relief! He has been extremely thorough and I look forward to ongoing care here. I will provide more updates over time as well! They said you're like family to them and I have really appreciated and felt that. So many doctors have dismissed issues of mine and just blamed symptoms on other conditions with no solution. I was really excited to try this practice. When I made the appointment I made it for 9 am and marked it in my calendar as they do not send email or text confirmation of appointments. The day before my appointment the office called to confirm and re-confirmed my 9am appointment. When I showed up at 8:45am the day of I was met at reception by being told my appointment was for 8:45am and was cancelled because I didn't show up 30 minutes before. Firstly, it was confirmed twice my appointment was at 9am. I was told I was wrong and the receptionist wouldn’t have misinformed me and I must’ve misunderstood. My appointment was definitely moved probably due to over booking. Which is understandable and had I been called and told we need to move your appointment time I would’ve acknowledged. But why couldn’t I be notified in advance? Secondly,  if my appointment was supposedly made for 8:45am as I was rudely told by reception it was, and I showed up at 8:45am why was my appointment already cancelled then? Doesn’t make sense to me. Overall I was willing to overlook the booking discrepancy but what really left a bad impression was the attitude from the receptionist. There was no need for her to rudely tell me I clearly misunderstood because she would’ve never given me incorrect information. Well she did. And you can very likely check a log of changes to see the original time my appointment was made for and who changed it because every software has a changes history. Really gave me a bad impression of the office and how it operates. Even though they offered to reschedule me, which I couldn’t make due to my work schedule, I do not think I’d ever want to return here.
