Stay away from this office. Dr. Wendelly is the most irresponsible doctor you could ever meet, as is her entire staff. Let me tell you my story. In November, I had an appointment with her. She was supposed to send me a prescription to the pharmacy. That's when my nightmare began. The day came and went, and she never sent the prescription. I contacted her office every day for the next seven days, and she still never sent it. Two weeks later, I was finally able to pick up my prescription at the pharmacy. Three months passed, and I needed the medication again. I understood that when she told me, "I don't have to see you again for a year," she would order recurring refills of the medication every three months. But no. I had to contact her office to remind her to send the refill to the pharmacy. That's when my second nightmare began. After calling the office for days on end to get my refill, a week later they told me the doctor had to see me again to order it, even though she had already told me I didn't need to see her again for a year. They said she would send me a refill for an additional month, but that I had to make another appointment in a month, which I did. After all this, the doctor finally sent the prescription to the pharmacy, but what happens now? She sends it incorrectly, with an error, and the pharmacy can't fill it. That's when my third nightmare begins. The pharmacy tries to contact them, and they say they aren't getting any help. I call the doctor's office and the pharmacy simultaneously and we explain that the prescription has an error and they can't fill it. Leiah, an employee at the office, with whom I had already spoken several times about the issue, said she would talk to her supervisor. That was on Friday, and I still don't have my prescription. I've been waiting for about two weeks without my prescription. It's a total disaster! I had read bad reviews about her and still decided to give her a chance. But I'm never going back. Be careful with this office. The doctor and her team are irresponsible. Think twice before going to this office. I, for one, don't plan on returning. I'm going back to my old gynecologist, even though he's far away.

I simply cannot understand how this place has so many 5 star reviews. In my experience from my 1st appt was just disappointment after disappointment and I really did give them many chances. I’m latest issue is that the main reason why I was referred in the 1st place from my PCP was for my birth control removal and to essentially get a labial hypertrophy that’s covered under my insurance but instead I got pure run around. My initial appt was scheduled weeks out and it wasn’t bad staff was unorganized tho and looked to be training new people however I did what needed to be done in that appt. I also signed a 2 medical release forms for pervious doctors so they could have all my records. This is were the nightmare started. I waited and waited and if I didn’t damn near do THEIR job I’m sure they still would not have my records. I had to make the call and initiate everything. One staff even tried to tell me I put the wrong number info on the form but if you did the diligence you would have been directed to where you need to be to get what you needed to get. I even had to show up one day randomly to have them re fax the release form from the their office SMH. After months of waiting bc I could not get my IUD removed until my records were received and viewed which didn’t make sense since they had to do a sonogram to see where placement was they finally got my records in a week in a half because I did the leg work for them. They tell you they’ll call you back and NEVER do. I damn near had to curse one of them off because when it came time to schedule me for the appointment one girl confirmed and another girl call me later to tell me it wasn’t confirmed like huh??! And this is just for the birth control issue. In regards to trying to get my labial hypertrophy procedure. Dr Vasquez said it’s cosmetic and my issues were livable like what??! so you’re telling me I should keep living with discomfort and having to take antibiotics every couple months and just deal with it mind you the procedure is covered for the issues I have. I don’t want the procedure to make my vagina pretty I need it because I should not have to keep taking antibiotics every couple months and be uncomfortable with any physical activity. I’m over this place. Also didn’t like that every time I came it was ALWAYS someone training someone or new faces. They definitely have a communication issue and definitely unorganized. Dr Vasquez needs to re train her entire staff. She’s an ok Dr but staff brings her down bad.

Melissa makes an unpleasant procedure tolerable. She always smiles and explains what she is doing. All the staff are nice. Excellent office. Love Dr. Vazquez

When I say the best OBGYN Doctor in Orlando I meant that!!! They never miss a beat very patient, friendly, caring, and always making sure you get the best treatment & keeping up with your appointments!! Highly highly recommend 🫶🏾

It is a pleasure to find such a good OBGYN office. The best experience. I had my ultrasound today and the tech was very professional and helpful. Melissa made the appointment very smooth and a positive experience. Highly recommend the office if you are looking for friendly , professional, and knowledgeable care providers.

I had a great experience at this doctor’s office. The staff was welcoming and professional, and the doctor took time to listen and explain everything clearly. The office was clean and well-organized, and I didn’t have to wait long. Melissa is also great—she does a fantastic job and really makes you feel cared for. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality care.
